[EnergyPlus_Support] Question about output variable

I am trying to use the output:variable class and cannot get a variable in the rdd to appear in the csv.  The variable "Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Total Zone Cooling Rate" appears in the rdd with the entry:
HVAC,Average,Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Total Zone Cooling Rate [W]
I assume that this means that in place of the zone name I need an HVAC name but I dont know where to find it.
I know that:
Output:Variable,269,Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Total Zone Cooling Rate, Hourly,On;
does not work
Any explanation would be appreciated.
