To keep a constant temperature you can easily use the HVACTemplate:Zone:IdealLoadsAirSystem object for each zone you want, together with a HVACTemplate:Thermostast with the proper setpoint temperatures.

Glass also transmit radiation. There is a Window heat gain output variable.
