Yes.
I have seen many such cases. One extra semicolon in the wrong place can give you that.

Can the simulation be terminated due only to warnings?
It's weird actually because at the end of the error message there is no "Error count: Total warnings...total severe...total fatal..."
I just see:
** Warning ** GetSurfaceData:The total number of floors, walls, roofs and internal mass surfaces in Zone 328866
** ~~~ ** is < 6. This may cause an inaccurate zone heat balance calculation.
** Warning ** Calculated design heating load for zone=328866 is zero.
** ~~~ ** Check Sizing:Zone and ZoneControl:Thermostat inputs.
** Warning ** CalcDaylightCoeffMapPoints: For Zone="330780" External Window="W_328687_14_0_0_0_0_0_WIN"in Zone="328687" map point is less than 0.15m (6") from window plane
** ~~~ ** Distance=[0.1 m] map point=[-13.1,-9.7,5.0], Inaccuracy in Map Calcs may result.
Is this normal?
