Hi Jan.
Check you setpoint manager, seems to me you're trying to control the temperature on outletpipe_out to 1ºC by using the Baseboard Operation Schedule. what you need here is a temperature schedule for that node.
Also, seems to me you try to use the normal setpoints in the zones to control the radiant units. you'll need to do the controlling of each unit on the Heating Control Temperature Schedule Name in each of these objects. Again, you had the Baseboard Operation Schedule, and its expecting a temperature schedule.
couldnt do a run to confirm that these were the problems. hope it helps.
