Hello,
I am modeling a three zone office space that is supplied by one Packaged VAV system with terminal reheat. I would like to know each zone's annual energy consumption. The problem I am running into is finding a Report Variable or Meter that will define what portion of the fan/pump/boiler/etc. (i.e. shared plant/systems) energy use is contributed to each zone.
I first tried using "Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Energy" & "Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Energy" but in the *.mtd file they are associated with "EnergyTransfer". I interpreted this to mean the amount of energy supplied to the zone to meet its load. If this is the case it doesn't describe the amount of energy consumed to meet that load.
The only other variables I have found, examples listed below, describe the total system consumption and not per zone.
"Output:Variable,*,Boiler Gas Consumption,Annual; !- HVAC Sum [J]"
"Output:Variable,*,Pump Electric Consumption,Annual; !- HVAC Sum [J]"
"Output:Variable,*,Fan Electric Consumption,Annual; !- HVAC Sum [J]"
I have looked in the "Output:Table:SummaryReports" but haven't located the information.
Is it possible to report/meter such information? Is it reported somewhere and I have just missed it?
