If I read correctly, what you have described is a standard system air loop with water coil and fan. The single duct of this AHU can feed multiple zones with ATU's. The zone termostat can control a zone fan coil unit, or a zone damper. The heat pump can be mounted on the roof top, if the unit is not too heavy. Plant boiler and chiller cooling tower in the examples may be optional for a small system. The design of system was ended and i try to make a simulation for this system. I know its not good for both winter and domestic heat but it did. I checked the example file but it has boiler and tower too. I want to ask something! Is it possible to make one (water to air heat pump)rooftop unit which serves a heat exchanger and heat exchanger serves to multiple fan coil units? __._,_.___ Primary EnergyPlus support is found at: http://energyplus.helpserve.com or send a message to energyplus-support@xxxxxxxx The primary EnergyPlus web site is found at: http://www.energyplus.gov The group web site is: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/ Attachments are currently allowed but be mindful that not everyone has a high speed connection.
