[EnergyPlus_Support] Creating custom Weather Files.

Dear EPlus users,

Is there anyone out there who has created his/her own Weather File? I am trying to create a very simple (i.e Uniform Temperature over a period of time) sort of weather file so I can check to see the behavior of Phase Change Material in a wall and in turn validate the model as well. So if anyone has experience or knows how to create a custom weather file for energyplus could you please let me know how to do it or point me in the right direction. Thanking you in advance.
