Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Airflow between two or more zones (rooms)

While you could develop a complete airflow network for this study, it would be simpler to use a ZoneMixing object if you already know the desired airflow rates

Hello,

I would be grateful if someone who is more experienced in using Energy+ could answer to my questions.
I have a couple of them and they are as follow:
1)Is it possible to model the airflow (air leakage) between two or more zones (rooms) through the closed doors (the leakage area is known) and penetrations (e.g. for conveyors)?
2) If so above, is it possible to take into account the leakage airflow in general extract from the zone (e.g. we provide xx m3/s to zone and extract xx+leakage m3/s airflow from zone)?

I know that I can simulate it in Contam but I would like to analysis of the HVAC system in wider context (airflow + energy usage).

Best regards
Wojtek
