The infiltration object(s) often have upto 4 coeffients that describe variation of the design flow rate based on outdoor indoor temps delta T's wind etc. My question is what are the temps wind etc for the design flow rate? Or to put it another way, when and under which conditions should I expect the design flow rate to occure?
