The temp-hmean is most likely the hourly mean dry bulb temperature for the last hour...nothing else on the list will help you.

anyone can help me to calculate DryBulb Temperature from following notation and units?

precip-htotal ( mm/hour)
temp-hmean  (degC)
vapourpressure-hmean  (hpa)
relhum-hmean  ( %)
sunshine-htotal (hours)
