So, is there any possibility to calculate WetBulb Temperature from these data?
precip-htotal ( mm/hour)
temp-hmean  (degC)
vapourpressure-hmean  (hpa)
relhum-hmean  ( %)
sunshine-htotal (hours)

The temp-hmean is most likely the hourly mean dry bulb temperature for the last hour...nothing else on the list will help you.
