[EnergyPlus_Support] Can I change the construction model with time schedule ?

Hi Everyone,

I would like to simulate the cooling load in residential apartment.

The ideal situation is if air temperature (Ta) is < 28oC, the apartment is under natural ventilated condition (Ta = outdoor temp). Once Ta is > 28oC (either outdoor temp > 28oC), the window will be closed and Air Conditioner is turned ON, and Ta is modified to maintain at 25oC.

The above ideal situation comes up with 2 technical problems.
(1) How can I control the swap between natural vent or air conditioning environment, especially for window open/close condition?
(2) How can I adjust the dual set points setting in the same zone ?
