If the error is severe and not fatal, leave it for a while.
 
It may become clearer when you make some other changes.
 
For example, add an open  window instead of a crack.  Change the damper position of the inlet air, etc.
 
'ReferenceCrackConditions'  may be a problem as well.  How do you install an exhaust fan in a crack?
 
I have not used the AFN myself, but have noticed the correct use of these References are important. 
 
Why do you need AFN to install an exhaust fan to a WC zone?
