[EnergyPlus_Support] Sizing:Parameter does not seem to affect ZoneHVAC:LowTempRadiant:VariableFlow

Hi Everyone,
I'm rounding off a Design Case Model for an ASHRAE 90.1 Appx G simulation and have been running parametric simulations to get the hours setpoint not met to be with in 50 hours of my baseline case.

In this project (which is naturally vented with only floor heating in real life) the design case model has all the default baseline systems, but with the additional floor heating.

I am finding that my Sizing:Parameter for the heating case is close to zero. Is this because both the floor heating system and AirloopHVAC systems are being sized to meet the entire load?

I would have thought it would be as with chillers where it is evenly split perhaps? How does this work?
