Hola te respondo es español ya que veo que estas trabajando con el clima de bogota. Mira para determinar los flujos de aire hay que determinar los coeficientes de presion, tal y como tu dices, yo he hecho varios casos como ese y lo mejor que puedes hacer es determinar esos valores por medio de la CFD, ya que hay que tener en cuenta la influencia de lo que pasa a nivel macro, el vecindario.
 
cuentame como te va y si necesitas algo avisame, te podria ayudar de otra manera si te interesa.

I would go for the AirFlow Network model. See Group - Airflow Network in the Input/Output documentation.
I find "CIBSE AM10 - Natural ventilation in non-domestic buildings", a good reference for natural ventilation, common value used for discharge coefficients is 0.61, but this would imply you have the effective area opening of the vents (from manufacturer). For estimation of wind pressure coefficients you can refer to CIBSE AM10 as well.
Also, if you can use Design Builder, this has a feature do automatically place vents, it will assume some of this values, and wind pressure coefficients are based on the following document. http://www.designbuilder.co.uk/downloadsv1/AIVCWindPressureCoefficientData.pdf
