The problem is that a user can do some mouse clicking using a third party sofrware, such as OpenStudio and DesignBuilder, the do not look at the EPlus documentation any more.
They cannot use the xls file, because they do not know what thay are looking for. All they know are names used for LEED and ASHRAE grading.
May be you should write a section specially for these users. "How to get a grading certificate in 10 minutes using EPlus". and make them pay for the service.

There are more than 300 example files in the C:\EnergyPlusV6-0-0\ExampleFiles directory. ExampleFiles.xls spreadsheet describes each of them briefly.
