I have not run your IDF yet.
 
I am going to remove some of the designDay objects.  Only two would be needed. I do not have the weather file either, although it is not needed for DesignDay sizing.
 
You should change the schedule as Karen suggested first.

I am currently doing some other things at work and will try that a little later. Is that why there is no cooling occurring in this IDF?

Is there anyway you could troubleshoot the IDF Dr. Li?
