Another case study !! 

compare 2 stacked building, both are the same size, 3 story building.

Bldg A
[TOP]    - apartment 
[MID]    - apartment x 1 
[Bottom] - apartment

Bldg B
[TOP]    - MEP  (no cooling/heating assigned)
[MID]    - apartment x 1
[Bottom] - apartment

Cooling:Energy transfer Bldg. A [MID] > Bldg. B [MID]
Heating:Energy transfer Bldg. A [MID] < Bldg. B [MID]

Energy transfer result both cooling and heating in both [MID] apt. are different. Do you know what happen?
