[EnergyPlus_Support] District cooling errors

Hi All,

I am modelling district cooling and getting the following error.

The model says that the inlet cold water temperature(Actuator temp) is higher than Sensed temperature. In the idf file i am not able to locate where to change these temperatures..

Thanks in advance.

Error is ?
