1) Would it matter if the fan outlet node is contained in the unitary system? No, it only matters that placing a set point here will not conflict with another set point "at this same node". Since you don't need a set point here to control the fan, using this node as a place holder for a set point "that will be used by a mixed air set point manager" is fine. 2) Should I insert a Duct object as the last componant on the supply side, before opting for the exhaust node (this may be important for DOAS).
