[EnergyPlus_Support] Surface heat flow

Hi,

I'm jut starting using E+ and I'm having a couple of problems with the results obtained. After modelling the building, the outputs for heat gain/loss are different and not accurete to the ones obtain in design builder and they are not representative to season conditions. I really don't know which is my problem. Also I need to calculate the srface heat flow for each surface within a building. I wrote each surface in the ouput variable asking Opaque Surface Inside Face Conduction, monthly. Is there any simple way to do it.
