Depending on which plantloop you would like storage for, there are the following objects possibly capable of achieving what you intend:

WaterHeater:Mixed
WaterHeater:Stratified

ThermalStorage:ChilledWater:Mixed
ThermalStorage:ChilledWater:Stratified
