[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Role and Precedence of EPW Header information

And while we are talking about weather files, what is the role of time zone? 

If i have a weather file for Baltimore that has hours in GMT/UTC (.i.e the sun is coming up at 1300 in January) is there a parameter or two that I can vary such that this does not cause ea discrepancy with eh schedules?
