[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Air Cooled Condenser Inlet Temperature below 0C



Thanks, Jim. Good call. Got that fixed. I was trying to cool my zone in the dead of winter. This is not very realistic for Toronto...for now!

New question to the group: Even on the coldest of days (~ -15C), my "Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Rate [W](Hourly)" and "Fan Coil Sensible Cooling Rate[W]" are non-zero (and pretty high at 1-2 kW for a medium-sized zone), despite the fact that the chiller electrical load is 0W.  What's the meaning of  this?
