Where do you think that outdoor air is going?
Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Rate [W](Hourly) shows you what is reaching the zone, and
Fan Coil Sensible Cooling Rate[W] shows you what the overall "zone" sensible cooling rate of the fan coil is, coil operating or not.
