I don't have air exchange between the zones, so I think zonemixing would not work for my case.
Probably I did not explain it properly in the first place, so I attached a simple scheme.
My system consists of:
Heat Exchanger
Heating Coil
Supply Fan
Exhaust Fan
The supply side of the system uses outside air which is processed in heat exchanger (primary flow) and heating coil and then fed to Zone 1 Science Labs.
The exhaust side of the system takes air from Zone 2 Bathrooms. The air goes through the heat exchanger (secondary flow) and then it is discharged to the outdoors.
