You will still need to consider the airflow balance between zones.
· Zone 2 Bathrooms has a specific amount of exhaust / extract. It must be replaced by some source of outdoor air
· Zone 1 Science Labs uses outdoor air and must also have that air exhausted / extracted
That said, the HeatExchanger:AirToAir:SensibleAndLatent does not appear to be intended to take air from one zone for exhaust, while supplying outdoor air to another zone. You may want to use the ZoneMixing object any way to accomplish most of your goals. This is an interesting and realistic situation, but I have not attempted to model it. It is very straightforward except for the part about using different zones for outdoor air and exhaust.
