I have, but have to say - for favourable sites - that turbine manufacturers are not too far out on yield estimates in the UK thanks in part to our MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme).
Evance supply extensive MCS documentation including Annual yield and power output at a range of Wind bins. Unfortunately, the wind bins don't transpose over to hourly weather data well (possibly because hourly weather data does not containing data about gusting?).
Evance have pointed out that they have power factors in the wind bin data. I'll take a look at these and try and match the power factors modelled in e+.
