[EnergyPlus_Support] OA controller and Heat Recovery

Hi, 

I am modeling heat recovery device for a VAV system. Based on the E+ documentation, input to the minimum OA air tab on OA controller has to be manually given(instead of auto-sizing) if the heat recovery device is modeled. I gave the minimum OA value and the file results in the below shown error. If I make the minimum OA input as zero then there are no errors. However, with 0 input in the minimum outdoor air tab the heat recovery device doesn't not recover any heat. 

Does any of you know how to use heat recovery device in E+?
