[EnergyPlus_Support] Interpreting Economics Summary Report

When looking at the EconomicsSummary Report Table, I see the PeakDeamand component and it gives me a value (for example - 1.1). What are the units on this value? I have set my tariffs to use currency values based on MMBtu of energy. So does that mean the PeakDeamand is 1.1 million Btuh?
