Yes, the sequencing as predicted. What is the importance of the sequencing ? Does changing of the sequencing solve my problem ?

Please post an extract of your idf showing the setpoint managers that you are using for your coils. I assume you have cooling coil then heating coil then fan?
Also post the schedules used in your setpoint managers.
