[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: connections of the hot water storage tank



I created the HW loop as independent and within the HW loop I defined the boiler as Boiler:HotWater. The DHW loop and the solar collector loop are connected to the same waterheater. 
You can see an image taken from the svg file:

I imposed Heater maximum capacity [W] of the waterheater equal to Nominal capacity of the boiler and Heater thermal efficiency of the waterheater equal to Nominal thermal efficiency of the boiler. Unfortunately the waterheater has not got any Efficiency curve.  Do you think that it could be an acceptable solution? Otherwise, how could I improve my model?
