When I select one of the commercial reference buildings in the "IDFVersionUpdater" it provides the error message:
"No approriate TransitionV-x-x-to-V-x-x.exe files found. They may need to be downloaded from
http://www.energyplus.gov
click on Add-Ons and look for the link to download the Transition programs."
However, no upgrade to the utility can be found on the EnergyPlus website.
