[EnergyPlus_Support] surface properties problem

Dear all,

 

Please help! I am new to E-plus, and have been experiencing the following...

 

 

I have a problem saving surface properties in OPEN STUDIO.

 

When the model is created, surfaces turn out OK in the object info, however, when opened after saving the *.skp and *.idf, non of the surfaces are recognized (object info is locked, and will not display surface properties i.e. ext. wall, est window etc).

 

Am I doing something wrong.

 

Looking farward to some suggestions.
