The epw files, I think, are the same, the .ddy fles for the DesignDays are different. if you down load the weather files zip files now.. The EPlaunch remembers the EPW file location in the history file. I think, I am still using the old .epw without any problem.
You do have version 7.1 DesignDay object format in your IDF.
Your file had no problem on the DesignDay sizing run. The -999 output is because the value in the register is not valid.
AHA, AHB and AHG had problem, because you have added the setpoint manager for the reheat, and it
is not complete. If you re-run the template version or remove the reheat set point managers, the reheat coil will be controlled by the zone thermostat and be available for Winter heating.
For Ah3, if yu remove the DOAS and allow the OD air to flow in the OA mixer, it is the basic Zone fan coil system. Direct and simple. You can connect diffusers and fixed dampers to the system without any change in the simulation model. It is still possible to vary the OS air flow rate to match the people in the zone using a schedule.

Haha, yes I was able to solve this particular error. I can't remember exactly what I did though but it was something really simple. I might have been using the E+ 7.0 weather file instead of the 7.1 weather file.
