[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Help with simulation ...

Hello Jeremiah,

Thanks for your help but I cannot download your attached because of this:
"The Group's Email Attachment Archive setting is currently set to not archive attachments. Please contact the group moderator to enable this setting."
I would like you to send me that attached to my email please (bscr_14 at hotmail).

Thanks again.
Billy.

> Well, Standard ASHRAE requires the building to be modeled with 4 different orientations (0º,90º,180º and 270º) and for each case I should resize the capacity of the cooling equipment (multiplying by 1.15 to the chillers capacity, it's simple because I only have 2 chillers in my model, and by 1.25 to all the heating equipment, so here is where my problem comes). Actually, I have heating coils for all the 49 floors (and even more than one per floor), so it would be really annoying and laborious to oversize each heating equipment.
> In other words, what I normally do so far is to simulate once (it takes me about 6 hours because my model is kinda heavy), then resize all the cooling and heating equipments and simulate again (6 more hours) because this is the final result I need. Then, I have to set the orientation to 90º (it was 0º by default), simulate once and then resize and simulate again. And it's the same story with 180º and 270º. In conclusion, I would have to simulate 8 times, but I can't because I don't have much time.

Also, is it possible to simulate the four final configurations simultaneously?
