[EnergyPlus_Support] calculated heating load zero

Hello-
It seems that no matter what I do to this file it results in this warning-

** Warning ** Calculated design heating load for zone=BLOCK1:ZONE1 is zero.
   **   ~~~   ** Check Sizing:Zone and ZoneControl:Thermostat inputs.

I have checked and changed out thermostats, changed setpoints, changed wall and roof insulation thickness etc but nothing seems to make this file come close to the designed heating load of 2600 Btu/h..

Anyone have advise please?

Thanks
