Qst = Cd*Ventilation(J)%OpenArea*GetCurrentScheduleValue(Ventilation(J)%OpenAreaSchedPtr)* &
SQRT(2*9.81*Ventilation(J)%DH*ABS(TempExt-ZMAT(NZ))/(ZMAT(NZ)+273.15))
VVF = SQRT(Qw*Qw + Qst*Qst)
