I don"t think so. I am discussing with another energy plus user in order to create a groupe to work on this subject. Have you interested?

Hello Oscar,
I was just thinking how to analyze energy buildings fluxes in future low-energy neighborhood & cities and I was wondering if energy plus could answer to this question. I mean, if I want to simulate a huge area with 100 buildings and some renewable energy power stations (wind farms, photovoltaic, CPH plants etc..), would it be possible work with energy plus? ps: it was just a thought, maybe too futuristic... --- In EnergyPlus_Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, oscar hernandez <oscarhernandez_81@...> wrote: > > Hello Alessandro, > > Very good question. I've been thinking on. I don"t know maybe the answer its "to try". There are many parameters that e+ doesn't take in count (heat island, wind corridors, etc) but maybe to study the solar influence from others buildings, e+ could be a solution. I don"t know what do you want to do? > > Oscar. > > To: EnergyPlus_Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > From: alexmac_00@... > Date: Tue, 16 Oct 2012 13:06:06 +0000 > Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Plus for urban energy plannig > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hello, > > do you think Energy Plus could work for energy planning of a whole neighborhood?
