[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone Transmitted Solar

"Zone Transmitted Solar" is defined as follows: "The total Window Transmitted Solar of all the exterior windows in a zone."
Does it consider only the solar radiation entering as shortwave radiation or also the solar heat that is absorbed by the window and that is transmitted to the internal zone as IR radiation or as convection (in other words: the solar heat that heats up the window and therefore it causes a decrease of heat dispersion through the window)?
Another question, please: could I obtain the heat dispersion through the window that would happen in absence of solar radiation?
With Regards
