if you have a supply plenum floor, a zone and a exhaust plenum ceiling, you can model 3 zones, two of which are plenum zones serving the main zone. that should make your connections easier. also check out the roomairmodel objects for UFAD modelling.

3. Should I create a node list to put in "Zone Air Exhaust Node" in ZoneHVAC:EquipmentConnections?
