You have many un-necessary duplication of schedules, zone termostat set [pomt ,a;ies/
If you use type 4 thermostt control, make sure that the heating and cooling set points are properly entered.
Many schedules are simply on all the year around. there is no "otherdays" need to be considered, if they are not used.
There is only one type of IRtransparent, and need not be declared for every zone.
The HVACtemplate:thermostat is not required.
I think, you are using DesignBuilder. The corrections have to be done with the DesignBuildinder. Else, the IDF cannot be imported back, and you have to stay with the EPlaunch to run simulation.
The plant room has very high internal load. Suggest that the ventilation object ACH be increase to 5 time or more. (try, 10 ACH)
The 0.15m air gap for the external wall construction may not be simulated correctly, because the heat tranfer would be by convection and not conduction. Normally, the space is filled with fiber glass batt, to provide zn R value of 12 or more.
