They do not contain DDY files because their locations/WMO# are not in the ASHRAE dataset.
You can download the full set of ASHRAE DDY design conditions (both annual and monthly are available) from the helpdesk and select a location that is "near". Or you can look at the .stat file which will have the "design conditions" listed (from the weather data) at the top of the file.
e.g., For Huesca:
- Displaying Design Conditions calculated from this weather file.
- The following design temperature statistics are calculated based on THIS weather file ONLY
- and may not be representative of a long-term period of record normally used for
- design temperatures. Also, note that dew point temperatures are listed where
- wet-bulb temperatures are normally presented.

Hello group,
I was looking for some weather files in EnergyPlus website. These files are from Spain: Cuenca, Huesca and Teruel. In the website are the epw files but not the ddy and stat file.
Could someone guide me to create the ddy file from epw file? Is it possible?
Thanks in advance,
Ignacio Gomis
