[EnergyPlus_Support] WaterHeater:Heatpump Object Energy use reporting.

Dear Group, I am modelling an air cooled Chiller/Heatpump  using a WaterHeater:Heatpump object for the heating mode connected to a dedicated Hot Water Loop (such  as in HeatpumpWaterHeater.idf example file).  Since this loop is connected on the supply side to a Water Heater object, there is no Heating energy reported in ABUPS; instead all this energy is accounted as Water systems.
So the first question is , is this last statement correct?
Second and less important question is, is there a way of telling E+ this is my buildings heating energy to be reported in ABUPS, so that I avoid using a separate Output:meter  for heatpump's energy use and then having to subtract this energy from water systems which includes DHW as well? Read I/O Ref. related objects but didn't find any clues..

Thanks in advance.

Best,
Santiago.
