I have not been following this conversation, but it occurs to me that if your simulation is for DesignDays AND a weather year, the .csv value will display both DesignDay AND weather year values. If, for example, you have January 1 as a Winter or summer DesignDay, the .csv values will display for the DesignDay and also for January 1 in the weather file.
