[EnergyPlus_Support] Mimicking occupant behaviour - Window opening

Dear Group and Lixing,
My goal is to mimick the occupant behaviour of opening and closing windows using an existing airflownetwork.

I'm about to start on the zone-wise implementation of using EMS to turn the AFN venting availibility schedule on (@CO2>1100ppm) and off (@CO2<450ppm) based on CO2 sensors in the zones to try and mimick when the users would shortly open windows when the room air quality has deteriorated enough.

Together with a logic to open windows when ODA temperatures are above a certain minimum AND the inside temperature is more than 22 degC.

My questions are
1) Does this seem a good approach and what have I forgotten to include in the premise?
2) is eplus looking at creating this sort of control in the future?

Kind regards,

Jean

PS. In the past it has been confirmed that leakage infiltration of windows in the closed position does take place when the AFN venting availibility is Zero. Is this still the case?
