Thanks.  I looked through your answer.  Everything looks great until about March 11 at midnight.  Then I see this first "insertion" that basically shifts everything down one time step.  Get rid of this insertion and everything is in better shape.  

But what is causing this insertion?  Maybe I am not reading your results right.
