The error message says “Input file has requested Sizing Calculations�” That means you have ann autosizing field in the IDF somewhere. If you replace it with a specific capacity value, that message will go away.
You must still address the DX coil that is missing a setpoint and may need to address the flow / watt warning for the DX coil.

Let me explain what I want to do; I am doing a simulation No looking for an auto-sizing, I just want to know the results of the actual conditions of a building, I get all variables, like internal loads, weather file, construction materials, schedules, and even the HVAC equipment. So I do not know why the program get problem with the Design Day file if I do not want to do with this.

Your main problem seems to be that your DX coil is missing a setpoint. I run full weather simulations all the time with auto-sizing and do not “Run Simulation for Sizing Periods”. Whenever autosizing is used, you must define DesignDays (but the simulation need not include the sizing periods)

How I do work the HVAC system with the Weather File and no with Design Day.
When i change my Design Day the next error appears:
nput file has requested Sizing Calculations but no Simulations are requested (in SimulationControl object). Succeeding warnings/errors may be confusing.
** Severe ** Sizing: Coil:Cooling:DX:SingleSpeed "OS:COIL:COOLING:DX:SINGLESPEED 1": Rated air volume flow rate per watt of rated total cooling capacity is out of range.
** ~~~ ** Min Rated Vol Flow Per Watt=[4.027E-005], Rated Vol Flow Per Watt=[6.997E-005], Max Rated Vol Flow Per Watt=[6.041E-005]. See Input-Output Reference Manual for valid range.
** Severe ** CoilSystem:Cooling:DX: Missing temperature setpoint for DX unit= OS:COIL:COOLING:DX:SINGLESPEED 1 COILSYSTEM
** ~~~ ** use a Setpoint Manager to establish a setpoint at the unit control node.
** Fatal ** Previous severe set point errors cause program termination
