You may have to turn on Key 1 DisplayAdvancedReportVariables in the output diagnostics object. (This object is the third from the bottom in IDF editor)

Descriptions of the outputs you are looking for can be found in the input output reference page 210-211 are likely to be one of the following: (bold highlight for the one I think you want) 
Surface Inside Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate [W]
Surface Inside Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate per Area [W/m2]
Surface Inside Face Conduction Heat Gain Rate [W]
Surface Inside Face Conduction Heat Loss Rate [W]
Surface Outside Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate [W]
Surface Outside Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate per Area [W/m2]
Surface Outside Face Conduction Heat Gain Rate [W]
Surface Outside Face Conduction Heat Loss Rate [W]
Surface Average Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate [W]
Surface Average Face Conduction Heat Transfer Rate per Area [W/m2]
Surface Average Face Conduction Heat Gain Rate [W]
Surface Average Face Conduction Heat Loss Rate [W]
Surface Average Face Conduction Heat Transfer Energy [J]
Surface Heat Storage Rate [W]
