Thanks for your reply. The base file is "CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_CityUHK.epw", which was download from the weather data center of energyplus. I converted the file of "CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_CityUHK.epw" into "CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_CityUHKEPW.csv" by weather converter. In the "CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_CityUHKEPW.csv" file, i made some modification (changed the dates and some weather data, such as drybulb T, dew point T, humidity, Atmos Pressure,Global Horizontal Radiation, Direct Normal Rad ,Diffuse Horizontal Rad, wind speed and wind direction) to this file and then saved it as"CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_PolyUHKEPW.csv".

Attached please find the base file

(CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_CityUHK.epw, CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_CityUHKEPW.csv),

my revised .csv file (CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_PolyUHKEPW.csv) and the associated .def file (CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_PolyUHKEPW.def). Please help me check them, thanks.

Where did you get the base file CHN_Hong.Kong.SAR.450070_PolyUHKEPW.csv ? It's impossible to tell what's wrong without seeing your base file and the DEF file. You can send those to me for a look.
